Your account shows your order history and you can access details related to your subscription: the products in your subscription, your next upcoming order etc. It's also where you can make changes to all these things, as well as updating your address payment information, skipping orders and lots more. You can access your account via the login link (top right) or the my account link (footer).

If you have a subscription with us, you have an account. But it is possible that you have not yet activated this account. You should have received an email to do this - if you haven't then you can use this form to request an account invite.

My email address isn't being recognised - We’d definitely suggest double-checking if you've used a different email address to sign up, such as a work or secondary email address.

You can change your next delivery date or skip your next delivery in your customer account. When you log in, you’ll see the link to "Manage Subscriptions". On the manage subscriptions page you'll see a link to Delivery schedule, under which you'll have options to edit or skip an upcoming order.

We will have sent you an email to let you know that your payment failed. You’ll need to log into your customer account and use the ‘Manage Subscription’ area to update your payment card. A payment failing does not cancel your subscription. We will attempt to process your order payment more than once. If you do not want to continue your subscription, you must cancel it. 

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your ongoing orders. To stop your subscription, all you need to do is log into your customer account and choose ‘Manage Subscription’ and on this page is where you’ll be able to view details on your current subscription and you’ll see a ‘and option to 'Cancel’. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us to confirm this.

If an upcoming order has been processed before you managed to cancel your subscription, we unfortunately will not be able refund or accept returns on  orders that have been processed. However, all future orders will be cancelled.

Your order will be processed within 1 working day and for the UK we offer standard delivery on our orders which means your orders usually take between 3-5 days to arrive.

If you’ve made an error on your delivery address please let us know immediately at info@drinkamino.com and include the correct address so we can request a change with the courier as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that this change will be implemented in time for your delivery.

Once an individual order has processed, we cannot cancel it. If you want to cancel your ongoing subscription, please refer to to the "I want to cancel my subscription" FAQ and you can do it via your account.

Unfortunately, once the order is despatched we’re not able to offer a refund for any product that are returned to us, even if you'd forgotten to cancel.

For ongoing orders we take payment on the day that your order is processed (as per the subscription frequency you select). This is not a direct debit and we do not store you credit card details anywhere on our site or server.

No. You can cancel your account at anytime before we send your next Amino Pack out to you. If you wish to stop receiving Amino Packs, please ensure you have amended your account before we pack and despatch your next order. You can easily do this by logging in to your account here and within your "Manage Subscription" area you will see the "Cancel Subscription?" option.

We do not store any of your personal payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal, GPay, or Stripe and we do not see or store any payment information you provide on our site.

It’s easy to amend your billing details on your account page. Simply go into your account, and to the "Manage Subscriptions" area, View details and edit the Payment information. If we are unable to take payment for your Pack we will be in touch but sadly are unable to send your Amino pack out to you until your details have been updated.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are grouped together because they are the only three amino acid to have a chain that branches off to one side. Their main role and function is to stimulate protein synthesis in muscle.

BCAA are part of the EAA group, so EAAs contains the BCAA alongside the other 6 essential amino acids.

Physical activity increases protein turnover in the muscles. Very hard exercise also causes an increase of muscle breakdown and because of this the muscles need to be “repaired”. Therefore, its important to get protein/amino acids when exercising. The better you recover, the harder you can train. 

B vitamins are crucial for optimal health and you have to get them from your diet. They support crucial processes like detoxification, hormone balance and are used in every cell in the body. Amino acids supplements increase B vitamin turnover and so we have added them in to balance to formula.

Amino Water EAA drink and EAA powder are caffeine free.

Most amino acids are manufactured from birds feathers. We made our product vegan by deriving our amino acids from plant fermentation.

WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF FLAVOURINGS IN AMINO WATER PRODUCTS?

Stevia rebaudiana (Stevia) is a herb where either the leaf extract or isolated 'steviosides' are used for sweetening. Unlike other sweeteners, stevia is natural rather than artificial and has associated beneficial effects. 

Amino can be used by everyone in moderation as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Testing the tolerable upper limit (TUL) in health young males given infusions of leucine showed that upto 25x the estimated daily requirement can be administered before a serum increase in ammonia (around 35g of leucine). We recommend no more than 5 servings per day.
